The open-air pavilion with a green roof, outdoor terrace seating and servery facilities, underlines the community values at the heart of NINE by Mirvac. There will be two workshops for bike repair and maintenance and hobbies as well as a meeting room situated on the ground floor. Accessible from the street by elevator or stairs, The Gateway Hub serves as the entry point to Henderson Park, Parabol Playground and The Lawn, destined to be a popular meeting spot for the residents and the wider community.
Set alongside leafy Laurina Square and facing the public parkland, Overture is surrounded by greenery, its clean lines expressing an architectural integrity matched by materials that are both honest and natural. Standing eight storeys high, this boutique offering features a range of predominantly two and three bedroom residences, many with district views. The history of television is celebrated at Parabol Playground where a section of the former transmission tower that broadcast Channel 9 to millions of home, forms the centrepiece of a delightful space for children to play and let their imaginations run wild. Reimagined with slides, a climbing net, fire pole and talking tubes, the playground is fringed by a forest of tall shady trees, natural stone and a landscaped nature trail.
